Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to
1. Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance contracts and repair works
2. Monitor the maintenance contacts and arranging all the necessary tasks for club license renewal is not difficult.
3. Obtain and summarize quotations for equipment purchases and service. Put up the recommendation for approval and raise the purchase orders.
4. Assist to monitor team of technicians in fulfilling the cyclical maintenance schedule.
5. Assist the Executive to monitor and ensure that the renovation/repair contractor’s staff perform their duties diligently.
6. Compile and collate all administration, staff annual leave, medical leave, roster, payment, and all related administrative issues.
7. Apply e-leave, claims issues for employees, staff rostering, and all administrative support for those reposting to Facilities Manager, among other things
8. To keep accurate records of all building plans, drawings, and M&E services, including operational manuals.
9. Assist the Head of Facilities and the department in administrative tasks, assist and support the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Safe Management Officer (SMO).
10. Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
· Diploma qualification in any discipline.
· 1 years of relevant working experience preferably in similar position.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Good organizational and administrative skills.
· Positive working attitude, initiative and meticulous.
· Independent and a team worker.
· Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Basic AutoCAD skill will be an added advantage
