Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration / Marketing
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial rental or Self Storage portfolio
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients)
• Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
• A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work in a team

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Leadership:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support strategic workforce planning.

Candidate Experience:

• Oversee the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

HR Operations:

• Collaborate with other HR functions to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, with [X] years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
