Position Overview:
As the Admin cum Marketing Coordinator, you will take on a dual role, handling essential administrative duties while also driving our digital marketing efforts. Your work will primarily focus on content creation, social media management, and running Meta ads to promote the firmās services and showcase our design projects.

Administrative Duties:
ā¢ā ā Provide administrative support, managing day-to-day operations of the office.
ā¢ā ā Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and appointments.
ā¢ā ā Handle onboarding of new team members
ā¢ā ā Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
ā¢ā ā ā Support the team with lead distribution
Marketing Duties:
ā¢ā ā Social Media Management: Curate, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to showcase the firmās design projects, services, and industry insights.
ā¢ā ā Content Creation: Produce high-quality visuals (photos, videos, graphics) and write compelling captions for social media platforms.
ā¢ā ā Videography & Photography (Bonus): Capture behind-the-scenes content, design transformations, and client projects to create engaging video and photo content. Experience in videography and photography is a plus.
ā¢ā ā Meta Ads Management: Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to the website.
ā¢ā ā Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online presence and foster client relationships.
ā¢ā ā Content Strategy & Analytics: Develop and implement a content calendar, track engagement metrics, and analyze performance to optimize content strategies.
Qualifications:
ā¢ā ā Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support and social media marketing, preferably within a design or creative industry.
ā¢ā ā Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), content creation tools (e.g., Canva), and Meta Ads Manager. Videography and photography skills are a bonus.
ā¢ā ā Technical Skills: Knowledge of social media scheduling tools, basic video editing software, and analytics platforms

ā¢ā ā Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
