To develop businesses in establishments (Supermarke.ts, grocery stores, gourmet markets, sales counters) that cater to public. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence & profitability. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of junior team.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for Modern Trade Profit & Loss.
· Responsible for Marketing and Sales of company products to Retailer.
· Develop and implement Sale & Brands Strategies to increase business volume and grow existing customer base.
· Proactive identify and secure potential clients.
· Maintain good relationship with new/existing clienteles to achieve sales revenue and profit target.
· Liaise with internal support teams on service excellence to meet customer’s needs.
· Handle Business proposals and quotations.
· Handle all sales activities such as projects, meetings, promotions and etc.
Requirement
· Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
· Possess Diploma or above qualification, preferably in business management or marketing.
· Proven sales experience in F & B/ restaurant/ hotel industry.
· Possess good oral and written communication skill.
· Good analytical, organizational and personal skills.
· Meticulous and excellent eye for details.
· Process own vehicle.
· Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint presentation.
