About the role:

Job Summary

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across all of Bacha Coffee’s online marketplaces. The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining luxury market positioning. This role requires understanding of online marketplace platforms, branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, and knowledge of online luxury retail and digital platforms.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position will assist with the conception of campaigns, and management of online marketplaces, and has primary working relationships with the Design, PR, Marketing, Social, Operations, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar roles within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (enablers, advertising etc.) as well as customers from online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image, across multiple marketplace platforms.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams including design, marketing, PR, social, to develop and implement marketplace related collaterals and plans.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with marketplace partners and stakeholders through regular contact.
• Manage project timelines of each marketplace campaign and new marketplace launches
• Ensuring marketing standards in each marketplace are adhered to and that marketing/design guidelines are respected by partners and marketplaces
• Working closely with the digital warehouse team and supporting the team on order fulfilment for self-run marketplaces
• Handling day to day paperwork and liaising with Finance, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers
• Assist in shipment tracking to ensure flow in self-run marketplaces
• Providing support to all internal teams in relation to relevant marketplaces
• Updating internal stakeholders, local and international marketing databases on a needs basis
• Continuously monitor, conduct regular reporting and data analysis to understand specific marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvements and optimisations.
• Stay updated, and sharing market trends, best practices and innovations, proposing ideas and initiatives and new marketplace potentials

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, with track record of success in driving gross merchandise value GMV growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command of English
• Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Tmall, Lazada etc., including tools, technologies and best practices.
• Results-driven and able to work under pressure
• Experience working in the luxury industry would be a plus
• Problem solver, with strong time and project management skills

Job Summary

Bacha Coffee is hiring a Customer Service professional to handle all incoming customer inquiries and calls in regard to our Brand, products, and eCommerce orders via Brand.com as well as pure player eCommerce marketplaces.

The role requires knowledge of the online luxury retail business and a solid foundation of quality service standards.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (marketplace enablers, third-part logistics providers etc.) as well as customers from online and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement with customers to ensure care is taken to uphold the best standards of service including response time, quality of replies, follow up, etc.
• Handle all incoming calls and customer inquiries via Brand.com and any other channels, responding in a professional manner, and helping customers to resolve their issues. Ensuring that queries are replied within 1 business day.
• Be able to provide information about Bacha Coffee’s products and services when necessary.
• Initiate email correspondence with customers, when required.
• Liaising with external partners, such as third-party logistics providers, to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure availability during non-office hours during peak sales periods to assist when required with mega campaign order processing and customer service.
• Monitor customer inquiries, and provide insights into customer behaviour and suggest improvements to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and commercial opportunities.
• Working internally and with external teams to ensure that strong relationships are built and maintained with high-net-worth customers to enhance their experience with Bacha Coffee.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures and standards to ensure that Bacha Coffee’s standards and quality are consistently upheld.
• Monitor response times, customer recovery standards, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, including the digital warehouse, to ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly, with quality.
• Utilise customer care systems or other tools to follow up, close cases, and proactively outreach to customers when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in a customer service role.
• At least 2 years of working experience in online D2C.
• At least 2 years of experience operating pure player marketplace backend systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent command of English
• Meticulous, adaptable, possess an eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Experience in mentoring team members is a plus.
• Experience in utilising customer care management tools is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee MEP design, prepare the BOQ, source quotations, and compile final quotes.
• Organize project engagement during the tender stage and collaborate with the project team to develop an organizational chart and initial cost estimate.
• Attend site visits for tender briefings and interpret tender specifications, client requirements, drawings, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure MEP designs comply with Singapore standards and liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain proposals/quotations while conducting evaluations.
• Refine and consolidate quotes to achieve the target win price, minimizing the risk of rejection and margin slippage, and prepare a tender cost summary for management approval to secure a profitable margin.
• Assist clients with value engineering and demonstrate familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Create presentations for tender interviews to support management during the clarification and negotiation phase, aimed at winning the tender.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Interior Fitting Out M&E works.
• Proficient in preparing M&E technical designs, technical write-ups, tender specifications, and presentation slides for tender interviews.
• Strong understanding of the tender preparation and submission process.
• Experience in project costing and estimating is essential.
• Knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements is required.
• Familiarity with Dialux or lighting simulation software is a must.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the process of evaluating credit application submitted by customers, analyzing financial performance of credit applicant and recommending of credit terms to be granted.
• Maintaining complete records and history of all credit matters.
• Responsible for the overall ageing of Debtors and ensuring that the Average Debtors’ Days is maintained at lesser than 45days.
• Develops, update and implements credit policies and procedures from time to time when situation demands and to incorporates the change into existing policies.
• Organizes and establishes process and procedure for an efficient and effective collection apparatus by including collection letters/emails, telephone contacts and follow up.
• Follow-ups on collection of Account Receivable regularly with both internal and external customers and ensures payment of all accounts listed in the Aging List (30 days and above).
• In-charge of investigating dispute charges and corresponding with clients.
• Liaises with banks and credit card companies in regards to all credit-related matters.
• Responsible for cheque collection arrangements and ensures that the AR Officer updates accounts in the system AR accounts correctly.
• Review daily Open Folio and PM/PB accounts and follow up with operations to resolve outstanding issues
• Reviews all accounts under the solicitor’s hand or collection agency periodically and advises the Financial Controller the status and progress of each individual account.
• Responsible for submitting a list of bad and doubtful debts for review and approval for write-off in accordance to established policy.
• Organise monthly Credit Meeting to update management on all doubtful accounts and proposes recommendation on appropriate follow up actions.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Accounts Receivable team.
• Monitors all contra deal transactions against their contracts and ensures proper statements are sent to contra-deal parties.
• Identification of payment received in bank account for deposit/payment for credit accounts.
• Reports to the Financial Controller on all matters affecting credit collection and performs any assignment given by the Financial Controller from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies, Accountancy, Hospitality Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry
• Proficient in accounting principles with working knowledge in a computerized accounting environment.

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the brands under the group, aligning the company’s overall goals and objectives. Candidates will work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as with operations, and other departments within the company.

• Plan and execute marketing events/initiatives aligned with our brand and strategic objectives
• Refine project briefs for the creation of marketing materials (visual assets, brochures, advertisements and web content), ensuring the assets are on brand
• Provide support to the Brand Manager in developing marketing initiatives
• Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns for each assigned restaurant throughout the year.
• Work closely with Restaurant Managers and/or Executive Chefs on tactical restaurant offers. Communicate all promotions in a timely and professional manner to both, the Restaurants and Kitchen departments by establishing bi-monthly meetings and is responsible for their recording and distribution.
• Managing social media accounts and executing all planned content on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop marketing activities and communications plans to drive conversion and results
• Manage all marketing communications platforms ensuring visual assets are published promptly (WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Business Page etc.)
