Client Relationship

• The Client Service Manager (CSM) acts as the prime point of contact in managing the largest Global client relationships in GBS and has the proven ability to manage small and medium clients globally. Responsibilities

Qualifications Required

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product sales management, ideally within the waterproofing or building envelope construction industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of waterproofing systems, building envelope materials and application techniques with the ability to identify and recommend on-site issues.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients, teams, and stakeholders.
