• Salary: Basic up to $8000 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Scope:
• Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across social media and offline channels
• Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with the in-house Creative team to drive impactful results across all social channels
• Industry Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners on social platforms
• Talent Identification: Identify talent partners based on company initiatives and project needs, taking a strategic, data-driven approach to include nano, micro, macro influencers, and content creators
• Community Expansion: Expand and nurture the existing influencer community, strengthening relationships through day-to-day communication via email, phone, text, etc
• Relationship Management: Maintain and create new talent relationships through mailings, gifting, and outreach, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Performance Targets: Exceed targets in revenue, engagement, messaging, and follower growth by collaborating with social, communications, and editorial teams
• Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing forecasts, budgets, and optimizations based on business needs
• KPI Measurement: Measure the success of social media activations through KPIs and forecasting.
• Influencer Calendar: Develop and manage an Influencer calendar to leverage across all social channels
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on pop culture, social media, influencer trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates
Requirements:
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably within Influencer Marketing, social media, or Public Relation in the fashion industry
• An ideal candidates will have a personal rolodex of influencer and celebrity talent relationships with and an eye for new upcoming talent
• Expert in leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and understands digital marketing trends
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and dealing with ambiguity
• PC Skills, including MS Office, and MS Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable with occasional travel
