Job Description:

• Opening and closing of the bar.
• Bar operations, including ordering, preparation and inventory.
• Mix cocktails / house specialties and prepare beverages including coffee etc.
• Assist other team players to ensure the sequence of service.
• Assist in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations.
• Assist in stock take and upkeep stock inventory.

Scope of Work

● Administer day to day operations of China and Singapore marketing, claims and underwriting departments and prepare various marketing strategies for all businesses, such as social media, education, online and offline training.

● Develop and operationalize sustainability reporting (China & Singapore companies), including WeChat OA Broadcasting, New Media Matrix data collection, Live Data Analysis etc.

● Coordinate with Chinese advertising agencies, including, Wechat/Redbook/Facebook etc. And recommend improvements to company profile and develop and maintain relations.

● Manage and track China & Singapore teams corporate sustainability goals and metrics, analyze Wechat/Red book/Facebook’s data and produce regular reports.

● Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives / projects across sites and conduct regular stakeholder engagement meeting to ensure objectives are met.

● Assist to prepare all strategies for China and Singapore education marketing clients and forecast all budget requirements.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of General Management or Marketing or equivalent experience with proven ability in marketing management and strategic business development.

● Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Management Studies.

● Good communication and collaboration skills with a professional and pleasant demeanor

● Ability to communicate, present and influence counterparts of the organization

● Proven ability to successfully manage and strategize for social media & education marketing clients and forecast all budget requirements.

• Manage and maintain online product catalogue, descriptions, images, and pricing in various marketplaces
• Work closely with the Operations and IT Teams to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfilment
• Plan and execute new business ideas and strategies to increase E-commerce revenue
• Maintain excellent relationships with the marketplaces' account managers to push for win-win sales growth
• Monitor customers' reviews, feedback, or issues and execute action plans to resolve and prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to engage and convert customers
• Analyse sales and customer behaviour
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
• Track and analyse sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience in food and beverage or related industry.
• Candidates with prior new business development experience in the food and beverage industry will have an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Proficient in Google Analytics, social media, and marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain a prominent profile with clients/intermediaries
• Develop new and existing sales opportunities to meet growth targets
• Ensure risks are accepted and underwritten in accordance with the Company's Risk Management and Reinsurance guidelines
• Undertake credit control ensuring the standard for debtor days are strictly adhered to

• Tertiary qualification, preferably with a professional insurance qualification e.g. ACII
• Minimum Certificate in General Insurance
