We are a modern, refreshing, Family & Children's clinic. We are currently on the look out for clinic executives (clinic assistants) to join our new clinic in Newton!

Responsibilities

• Supporting frontline counter duties.
• Assisting with billing and claim submissions.
• Assisting in the dispensing of medicine.
• Answering general phone enquiries.
• Scheduling of appointments.
• Support doctor for clinic procedures and chaperone..
• Perform clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level and above.
• Comfortable and enjoys dealing with children and families.
• Conversant in English and one other language.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Phlebotomy or other relevant clinical skills would be an advantage.

This role is to handle Admin and Export Documentation

General Admin duties and Export documentation should be handled by the staff which is mandatory for this role.

Should have 1-2 years experience in the same field.

Must have very good Ms.Excel knowledge.
