This Finance Manager role will work on strategic financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and will be a key finance business partner with the leaders at ShopBack. We are looking for a dynamic finance leader that can contribute to the strategic direction of ShopBack. FP&A

• Support the month end closing process by reviewing the management accounts, reporting pack and balance sheet recons within agreed timelines
• Partner with stakeholders in treasury, group reporting, and SSC team to ensure a smooth reporting process
• Prepare Board of Director materials quarterly
• Prepare and/or review reporting for investors

Business Partnering

• Partner with commercial stakeholders and regional FP&A team to provide business insights and identify trends and provide understanding of the numbers and the drivers
• Drive the conversation with country GMs providing analysis on actuals vs budget and deep-diving into material variances
• Support and advise cross functional teams such as Tax, Legal, Compliance and Product teams for new country and product launches

Essentials to Succeed

The candidate shall be able to independently manage and drive our indirect and direct procurement services in the contract logistics industry. This position sits in our Singapore office and will be leading a team of 3 direct reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the Singapore procurement team and strategy which identifies, prioritizes, evaluates, and manages day-to-day procurement needs and opportunities.
