Job Responsibility:

• Develop next generation RFSOI technology with new feature or enhancement of existing feature.
• Communicate with customers and internal cross-function teams to fulfill customer requirement.
• Propose design rules and test structure to quantify process margin.
• Oversee new product lifecycle from MPW tape out to successful prototyping, ensuring smooth inline pilot handling and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot process issues to ensure technology robustness.
• Ensure newly developed processes undergo thorough qualification and are ready for production.
• Qualify new substrates and technology.
• Coordinate with customer for inline and WAT monitoring, and document FMEA and control plans.
• Prepare and present for customer audits.

Requirements:
