About the role

Reporting

• Manage weekly and monthly sales reporting to internal teams, including SKU, SEA Sales Report, NPD, and Stock on Hand (SOH) reports.
• Track sales performance for sales team against targets on a weekly basis.
• Tabulate and update SOH to identify potential stock-outs for sales orders.
• Collect and summarize competitor reports from the sales team on a monthly basis.
• Perform market research and analyze marketing-related reports as required.
• Assist in preparing global and regional meeting decks and ad-hoc global reporting.
• Update the monthly CRM report for all 3 markets based on the provided template.
• Consolidate monthly and year-to-date marketing spend for all 3 markets.

Trade Marketing/Retail

• Track the sales performance and rostering of 2 Singapore-based Brand Ambassadors.
• Coordinate with all suppliers for Singapore trade events and retail seminars.
• Submit new launch information to retailer portals in a timely manner to ensure product readiness.
• Plan and consolidate trade and promotional event (including masterclasses) templates for all 3 markets.
• Consolidate post-event reports for trade and promotional events (including masterclasses) to be submitted to the team.
• Own and coordinate 2 Sephora Press Days.
• Coordinate the dissemination of all materials (deluxe, TOA, collaterals) to stores for Singapore trade events.

Administrative

• Raise purchase orders in NetSuite and update the retail staffing/marketing OPEX live tracker.
• Coordinate major meetings.
• Manage office administrative tasks such as repairs, maintenance, IT support, and supplies.
• Assist with team activities.
• Coordinate quarterly allowance for office staff and 2 Singapore-based Brand Ambassadors.

Who you will work with

• Reporting to the Head of Commercial SEA and Head of Marketing SEA

Assist the Head of Brands in purchasing, merchandising, inventory management and channel/ retail store management functions of the assigned brands

Responsibilities:

• Attend seasonal sales meetings and plan merchandise assortment with category mix and range planning based on OTB and historical data
• Selection of appropriate styles for order placement after buying presentation
• Coordinate with overseas and internal shipping departments on shipment schedule according to payment plan
• Execute allocation and manage consolidation of stocks
• Review inventory and analyse merchandise sell through to propose action plans for slow moving merchandise & future reorders
• Review weekly local replenishments to ensure requested orders is inline potential sell through
• Propose promotional items to support marketing campaigns
• Build strong rapport and open communication with retail team
• Provide advice to create optimal retail brand experience through VM change and regular store visits
• Analyse sales results and prepare management reports for monthly reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience as Buyer or Merchandising role.
• Proven ability in sales & order forecasting and inventory management for multiple brands.
