RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Office based role as part of our projects team.
• Assisting project managers with reviewing job scope, compilation and downloading of all relevant project documents including engineering drawings.
• Follow up technical issues with meetings and site visits.
• Assist project managers to compile lifting plans to determine method, rigging equipment and tools required.
• Assist with all project requirements including purchasing correct equipment, ensuring equipment is packed correctly.
• Liaise with and assist onsite teams as required.
• Liaise with logistics and store to mobilise planned equipment and tools.
• Assist with verification of qualified personnel for the jobs / projects when required.
• Assist operations with manning when required.
• Brief mobilizing supervisors / project teams on the job work scopes, operational procedure, drawing, work pack and job task requirements.
• De-brief returning supervisor on job close out, service reports, customer feedback, timesheets etc.
• Normal working hours are 8am -5pm, Monday to Friday, however the candidate will be expected to work outside of these hours as and when the job requires.
• Work outside of above scope will be expected when operations or admin duties are required.

Technical Competencies

• Ability to read and understand Technical Drawings.
• Interpret derrick parts assembly drawing.
• IRATA Level 3 is preferred.
• Familiar with Autodesk / Autocad or a Cad software.

Education and Experience

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Minimum 5 years as hands on operator for both onshore and offshore
• Essential to have rope access and structural experience. Must have been supervisor on removal / installation of drilling equipment ie top drives, crown blocks etc.
• IRATA Rope Access Certified - Preferred but Not Essential

Skills and Experience

As an experienced Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst, you will have:

• Perform business analysis and gather requirements for trade and transaction reporting across major regulatory regimes, including, MAS, ASIC, HKMA and JFSA
• Perform gap analyses, new data fields interpretation for various Rewrites: MAS, ASIC, JFSA
• Translate regulatory requirements into business requirements and functional specifications; manage client data extraction, transformation, and loading

• Write tests scripts based on business use cases to cover relevant scenarios for Rewrite requirements
