Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer specializing in Static Engineering to join a team for chemical projects. The candidate will manage and oversee the design, analysis, and implementation of static equipment and structures, ensuring project success in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead chemical project engineering from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Design & Analysis: Perform engineering design and analysis for static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Installation Support: Provide technical guidance during installation, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
• Safety & Compliance: Identify risks, ensure designs meet safety and regulatory requirements, and participate in safety reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in static engineering, preferably in chemical projects.
• 4+ years experience with engineering design software
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASME, API).

Job Description

· Manage wireless communication projects

· Lead a team of Project Engineers in mobile cellular in-building projects implementations & delivery.

· Manage project budgets, project delivery timelines.

· Host weekly and monthly regular meetings with customers.

· Reports to Senior Manager/Head of Department on wireless projects

Requirements

· Tertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field

· Minimum 5 years of Project management, RF planning & optimization experience in LTE mobile network deployment.

· Excellent in the fundamentals of radio access technologies and antenna systems.

· Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization.

· Dedicated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work well with cross cultural teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of workplace learning projects.

• Perform TI site survey with customer and contractor, compile site survey report for submission
• Manage and coordinate with customer and contractor to ensure timely implementation and site delivery according to project schedule
• Ensure site installation standards and safety requirements are met at all times
• Responsible for mobile network equipment installation, commissioning and integration
• Basic troubleshooting for hardware faults related to mobile network equipment installations
• Conduct site audit of installation works performed by contractor
• Prepare as-built documentation upon site completion
• Conduct site acceptance and handover with customer

Requirements

· Tertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field

· Fresh grads or ITE qualifications with 2 years experience may apply

· Excellent in the fundamentals of radio access technologies and antenna systems

· Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network installation

· Dedicated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work well with cross cultural teams

· Class 3 License holder preferred

• Prepare documentations and coordination with government sectors.
