About the Role:

The Data Center Engineer will oversee the optimal performance and maintenance of Data Center and ELV operations, including network cabling, IT hardware installation, and environmental monitoring. • Assists in handle and resolve all customer queries effectively and promptly.

• Delegate calls to respective technician.

• Escalating service support issue when required, and follow up on problematic calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and service building facilities, including electrical and mechanical systems.

• Provide engineering support during weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when necessary.
