As Zoetis continues to grow, the role of the Sales and Execution (S&OE) Coordinator is of critical importance. This role reports to the Regional Performance & Customer Center of Excellence Lead.
As the S&OE Coordinator, you will facilitate and oversee the S&OE process to address short-term supply chain execution issues and drive decision-making by collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams within the organization. You will ensure robust and effective internal customer service by coordinating issues by priorities, empowering teams to act on resolution, and promote transparency towards the Commercial organization.
This role has three primary functions:
1. Lead the sales & operations execution process to ensure the timely and effective resolution of short-term execution issues, risks, and opportunities.
2. Oversee the Demand and Supply planning coordination to make sure significant forecast variations are explained and production plan are adherent to the business needs
3. Build the connection and transparency within internal customers, including the Commercial and Site organization and close the loops for decisions escalated towards the S&OP review.
The critical responsibilities of the S&OE Coordinator are:
• Enhancing the Customer Experience by ensuring a robust sales & operations execution process to address and manage the short-term horizon.
• Driving transparency, empowerment, and structure in the short-term issue resolution by partnering with cross-functional teams in order to coordinate responses and prioritizations to meet customer needs.
• Leading in Data & Analytics by leveraging to data to bring insights, drive performance, and generate continuous improvements.
• Maintaining a High-Performing Organization by driving adherence to core processes while ensuring a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work environment
Responsibilities include:
· Ensure that supply issues in the short-term horizon are analyzed by relevant stakeholders in the Global Manufacturing and Supply organization; including proposing mitigating actions to be executed to drive resolution, according to the priorities identified
· Ensure root cause´s comments for the relevant forecast variations versus last period, in order to increase transparency on the business needs and to feedbacks around viability for the proposed plan
· Advocate accountability and empower teams to act upon issues that fall under their scope.
· Promote the adherence to thresholds and tiering of issue classification to ensure issues are brought to the right platform as fast as possible and in line with decision authority.
· Facilitate the S&OE process and recurring meeting cadence with the right audience and agenda, liaise with S&OE attendees to drive short-term execution management and ensure discussions are decision-oriented.
· Ensure an effective feedback-loop from S&OE process to counterpart Commercial organizations, including visibility and transparency on decisions made.
· Develop relationships across the organization by identifying key relationships, empowering teams, and coaching or training as appropriate.
· Lead team to adopt new ways of working and actively promote the use of tools and processes in place.
· Play an active role as first point of contact with regards to the S&OE process and structure.
· Measure effectiveness and performance of the process through metrics and key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement.
· Identify issues, demand or supply gaps and risks to be escalated for S&OP review; and coordinate decisions back to the S&OE forum.
· Cultivate a culture of trust in the systems and tools in place, while promoting a data-driven mindset to ensure accurate information is updated and available for the review process.
· Collaborate with the Performance and COE and PowerBI development teams to gather, prioritize, and release enhancements and improvemens to the S&OE dashboard (issue-logging tool).
· Understand the nature of products across platforms and markets, facilitate that resolutions proposed fit the scenario and oversee consistency of data that accurately reflects the supply and demand situation.
· Drive compliance within the region for the monthly demand consensus meetings and S&OE processes to ensure S&OP process focus on medium to long terms priorities
· Provide regular updates on performance to key commercial and GMS stakeholders.
· Cultivate team members building relationships with key commercial partners within their region and global GMS partners.
