We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with support and guidance and also assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our services, pricing, and processes.
• Liaise with our technical team to ensure timely updates and resolutions for client cases.
• Maintain organized records of client communications, case files, and billing information.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and processing payments.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Experience with data entry and record keeping is a plus.

Job Description & Requirements

· Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended

· Manage guests/customers queries, requests, feedbacks

· Answer phone an email inquiry from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner

· Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc

· Anticipate guests needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience

· Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed

· Running errands to assist guests/customers

· Handle promotion for events, voucher claims etc

Responsibilities

1. Assist Developer lead for assigned project

2. Assistant lead for Project Consultants (external) and RTO (internal)

3. Assist to ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality

4. Assist to oversee construction activities on site and any Changes to Works

5. Assist to check Shop Drawings to ensure design can be carried out in an effective manner

6. Assist to liaise with relevant authorities on approvals and compliance matters

7. Assist to check Final Assessment of Contractor Monthly Progress Payments & Accounts

Requirement

1. Candidates with Degree or Diploma in Project Management or equivalent, Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or M&E Engineering background

2. Relevant working experience in construction related industries a plus

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Self-motivated and result-oriented with problem solving ability

5. Organised and detailed with follow-up ability
