Volunteer Management System

• Periodically review VMS to ensure timely updating of information by volunteers and VM staff
• Maintain an up-to-date volunteer database that facilitates matching of volunteers with requisite skills and aspirations with assigned volunteer work
• Collect statistics on volunteer recruitment, attrition, appreciation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
• A certificate in the Volunteer Management will be an added advantage
• Preferred 2 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications
• Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring smooth and efficient project operations. This role is crucial in keeping projects on track and within budget while providing administrative support to project managers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity on project requirements, tasks, and deadlines.
• Assist in project documentation, including contracts, budgets, reports, and progress updates.
• Maintain and update project management tools and databases.
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues that arise.
• Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and preparing presentation materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction sector is a plus.
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
