Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day sales activities for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products within the designated sales territory so as to achieve the sales target set by management.
• Monitor, regulate and direct the activities of the sales representatives to maximize the market opportunities.
• To make forecasts / targets regularly and to monitor performance of the sales team in relation to these forecasts.
• To drive new marketing promotion efforts and to work with EC on the implementing the marketing and promotions efforts for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products
• To make, develop and manage the localized marketing and sales program for the sales territory.
• To communicate with the sales team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
• To work with EC to set the industry pricing level.
• To manage the SAP ERP system for monitoring the progress of quotations, purchase orders, delivery and invoicing of customers.
• To work closely with EC on the new accounts and new products, using the local team to win new contracts.
• Establish customer rapport an acceptance.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of commercial and shipping documents (Incoterms).
• Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP Tools).
• Good people skills with a pleasant personality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team.
• Must be prepared to travel overseas for training and to our customers’ location in the region as required.

Job Scope

· Assist the Project Manager in oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried according to master program

· Assist in managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers

· Manpower planning for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours provided by Project Manager

· Track and report daily work progress to Project Manager

· Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with

· Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements

Job Specifications

· Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

· A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Ensure that good safety and high quality of work are being carried out by the Contractor in compliance with the statutory requirements
• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To assist SRE in the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)
• To assist SRE in administrative control of the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, and keep daily records of staff attendance, and other matters concerning the site staff's administrative matters.
• To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.
• To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the SRE or client
• To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.
• To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.
• Any other Adhoc tasks are given by management

Requirements:

• Min 4 years of civil engineering experience
• 2 years of experience advantageous in pedastrian overhead bridge, road, flyover construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Accredited as a RE with IES

• Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
• Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order
• Responsible in ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company’s and authorities’ requirements
• Review M&E drawings and other materials submission prepare by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
• To prepare report for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
• To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
• Raise RFI/CVI with Consultants and Clients
• Advise PM on monthly work progress of sub-contractors
• Supervise M&E supervisor on all aspects of M&E works
• Compute variation orders for QS to settle with client/consultant
• Organize M&E items to be handed over to clients and compile items for submission to authorities.
• In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior.
• Other ad-hoc assinged by the Company.
