Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Operation Executive located at Chinatown, Singapore.

• Job Title: Senior Operation Executive (Full Time)
• Availability: Immediate
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm (5 days work week)
• Location: People’s Park Centre (Chinatown)

Responsibilities:

- Plan & manage all logistical aspects of our events, including inventory, transportation, catering, staff, stage, etc

- Manage procurement and budget for events ensuring best price/service obtained

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors/contractors and clients ensuring smooth operations and timely execution

- Collection of all necessary forms from vendors for submissions to relevant authorities

- Handle and ensure all business licensing and permits (e.g. SFA license, Liquor license) and ensure compliance of license are valid and/or adhered at all times.

- Assist in venue setup & teardown during the event

- Assist in all on-site operations during the event days

- Assist in other events operations and provide general administration for the team

Qualifications:

- Min Diploma in Events Management/Logistics or related fields

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management is preferred

- Fresh graduates with prior event experience (e.g school-related events) are welcomed

- Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and display a willingness to learn

- Responsible, resourceful and meticulous in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive self-starter capable of working autonomously

- Able to commence work within short notice

Position Summary

This position will be responsible in supporting the Administrative Function of the Company which includes but not limited to management of worker’s dormitory facilities, canteen operations, transport arrangements and all other administrative related.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Overall management of workers’ dormitory including but not limited to overseeing the allocation of dormitory occupancy, dormitory facilities and maintenance works as and when required.
• Management of all company vehicles related matters including but not limited to maintenance, periodic servicing, vehicle insurance, heavy vehicle parking and road tax matters
• Management of transport arrangements for employees and work closely with appointed transport providers
• Management of canteen operations, building landscaping, office supplies and equipment such as photocopiers, employees’ lockers and office furniture.
• Assist employees with Visa application and bring them to embassy if required.
• Other ad-hoc support to HR & Admin operations whenever necessary.

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks across departments to maintain smooth business functions.

· Issue invoices, airway bills, and assist with packing and labeling of products for delivery.

Event Representation & Global Branding:

· Represent EyRIS at international events, exhibitions, and conferences, promoting our innovative solutions to a global audience.

· Support the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities that boost brand awareness and client engagement.

Administrative & Operational Efficiency:

· Perform any other additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
