Responsibilities

• Provide general support on all operational matters.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the current filing system and new services and pilot projects
• Participating in the setting up of work processes operations systems and procedures to effectively support the new services.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Keep track of the expiry and renewal dates of all licenses and accreditation; submit renewal applications.
