1. The ideal candidate for the role of RTO-Building should possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an RTO, with a focus on supervising works related to bored piling and temporary, including at least three (3) years of direct supervision experience.
2. A Diploma from a Polytechnic or equivalent qualifications is highly preferred for the RTO-Geo position.
3. Accreditation with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore is a mandatory requirement for the RTO-Geo role.
4. In addition to relevant qualifications and experience, the RTO-Geo must hold a valid certificate in the Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
5. The successful candidate for the RTO-Geo position should have developed and implemented a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or its equivalent.
6. Proficiency in understanding and applying statutory codes, quality control procedures, and construction administration is essential for effective site supervision and progress reporting.
7. Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are key attributes expected from the RTO-Geo.
8. The RTO-Geo should demonstrate competence in maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records tracking the progress of work.
9. Being proactive in identifying, addressing, and managing site issues while fostering a positive team spirit is a crucial aspect of the RTO-Geo's responsibilities.
10. Flexibility and willingness to work shifts are required for the RTO-Geo role to ensure effective site supervision and management.

Job Description

1. Implement compliance controls, policies and procedures

• Supports the implementation of controls, compliance checks and compliance processes.
• Executes tasks according to procedures to ensure regulatory compliance across ESBSG, and escalates any issues to relevant parties where needed

2. Execute compliance-related administration

• Assists with keeping compliance processes updated and conducting research and preparation of necessary materials for standard compliance reporting.

3. Support compliance knowledge management

• Supports in training and implementation of new or changing regulations.
• Comfortable executing tasks independently and implementing guidelines in accordance with requirements and processes

Job Requirement

Job Descriptions

• Assist in handling of general admin and accounts activities.
• Assist in managing of time attendance and leave records.
• Submission of reports pertaining to absenteeism and leave requests.
• Act as a point of contact facilities related inquiries.
• Work closely with facilities management team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Support the coordination of maintenance activities, repairs, and service requests.
• Maintenance and upkeep of any financial records for auditing purposes.
• Generating daily and monthly reports on KPIs.
• Assist in tracking staff suggestions and complaints.
• Checking of reports to ensure accurate rates being calculated.
• Prepare work specification, BQ and variation claims.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘‘N’’ / ‘‘O’’ Level or Higher Nitec or any Higher qualifications.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Confident and Good communication skills.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task and manage work priorities.
