Responsibilities:

· Recipe creation and optimisation for new R&D applications requirement.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance planning cum execution and vendor management.

· To take charge of new tools technical assessment and tender creation (equipment cum process application startup) and service contract tender set-up

· Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to achieve better measurement repeatability (MSA, GR&R, SPC etc).

· To set-up appropriate process and product control plan and out of control action plans (OCAP)

· Provide technical training to related staff on best-known practices in terms of application metrology recipe creation.

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics, Material, Physics or Chemical engineering

· Minimum 3~5 years of hands-on semiconductor experience (preferably in metrology application and equipment maintenance)

· Possess computer soft ware skills (i.e. JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual basic, etc)

Partner and work with various teams in IME, to be the lead in FAB inventory management, logistic planning, and its related operations to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production. Responsibilities will also include assisting in operations support in FAB clean rooms to ensure all rounded supports are provided.

Qualifications for Electrical Engineer:

· Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by PEB

· A master’s degree or PEB license would be an advantage

The MedTech Catapult has a dedicated objective of curating and accelerating the development of high potential MedTech projects through an in-house product engineering unit. This productization unit is responsible for supporting the development of technologies through the medical device development cycle to produce full-fledged hardware product systems. The Senior Electrical/Electronic Engineer will report to the Principal Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Electrical Electronic engineering efforts for complex medical solution
• To interact closely with engineers from other disciplines to achieve an optimized design within the stipulated project schedule
• PCB design for compact instruments and wearables
• High-performance signal processing
• Design for electrical safety, EMC and medical device compliance
• DFM (Design for manufacturing) including end of line testability and design of production test equipment
• Error and tolerance sensitivity analysis, reliability analysis, reliability testing and reliability test program design
• CAD based electro-mechanical integration, at the component level, board level and assembly level
• Write and review documentations for QMS.
• Interface with external parties (design houses) to communicate product requirements, and subsequent knowledge transfer to build internal capability

Requirements:
