Job Overview:

We are seeking a Indigent Responsibility and reliable HR Project General Mangers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Full Set Human Resources, Admin, Basic Account and payrolls, prepare employment contract, and Project Claims, and also knowledge in terms of constructions firm, projects, building and overall in charge for the company and site matters.

Candidate needed to have Constructions Experience and report to Managing Director and follow any daily HOC Duties as followed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for company compliance, office affairs and WPOL, EPOL work pass system, and full set HR for all the Foreigners Pass Applications.

2. Provides administrative support for the Managing Director.

3. Prepare Employment Contract/ Payrolls/

4. Remind the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines.

5. Perform ad-hoc duties when required by the Managing Director.

6. Assist in Chinese clients’ PPT/ Proposals and be fluent in English and Mandarin for all the relevant documents, projects, contract.

7. Prepare Project Claims at the month end.

8. Basic Payrolls/Basic Account.

9. All Site Matters, Project, and Managing full set HR matters & Daily matters as instructions from the Management Team.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both English & Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients.

Advance Diploma/ Bachelor Degree Holder/Any Relevant Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• General office management including ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office
• Providing supporting to partners and professional staff on adhoc matters such as includes typing/drafting and printing of documents
• Ensuring documentation are maintained in an organised and effective manner for ease of retrieving and clients records are kept up todate
• Basic accounting duties (training will be provided)
• Handle the invoicing process, issue invoices to clients, and diligently follow up on payments to ensure timely receivables
• HR responsibilities include recruitment, maintaining leave records, keeping records of laptop register, etc.
• Supervising one Admin Assistant

Requirements:

Candidates should preferably possess a Degree/ Diploma or any equivalent professional qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience
• Prior experience within a supervisor role is desirable
• A team player with strong leadership skills

Demonstrate ability to liaise and coordinate work site requirements with client, relevant authorities and make timely decision on deployment of internal resources to support project site requirement
2. Have more than 10 years experience managing MRT (LTA and related government) projects
3. Hold a valid PUB Licensed Plumber qualification
4. Extensive experiences in water service, sanitary drainage and rainwater drainage new build, modification and repair works, for both underground and above ground installation works
5. Good knowledge on code of practices for water services and sanitary drainage, and plumbing work statutory requirements
6. Demonstrate ability to design water service, sanitary drainage and rainwater drainage system.
7. Able to create shop drawing and schematic independently
8. Able to manage daily work site documentation independently
9. Good knowledge of Autocad, Excel, PowerPoint and Acrobat software
10. Able to work remotely under stress, and committed to overtime work to ensure timely completion of project schedule

• Work Location: Changi Naval Base
• Working days: 6 days 8am to 5pm
• Salary: $5000 to $6000 (depends on experience)
• Project contract based (Estimated 27 months until project completion)

Job scope

• Liaise and assist Contract Manager in responding to request for quotation from prospective clients both local and overseas
• Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments involved and attends tender meetings leading to award of tenders.
• Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and reviews commercial aspects of contract and agreement with clients & sub-contractors
• Assist the Contract/Project Manager in preparation of monthly progress payment and ensure successful claim of progress payment
• Attend site meetings with Project Staff as and when required
• Assist Contract/Project Manager in preparation of variation order and keep comprehensive record on work alteration and design amendment etc
• Liaise closely with Main Contractor and Client’s Q/S in regard to claims and negotiation of claims and finalisation of account
• Assist to prepared budgets and cash flow projection in conjunction with Directors, Project Managers and Financial Controller
• Assist in negotiation of sub-contractors packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier agreement letters
• Analyse scope of work in project and contract for effective contract administration in conjunction with interpretation of architectural and shop drawings
• Monitor Project cost and prepare general financial administration
• Report example Cost history for contract negotiation and budget
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Contract Manager
