• Carry out site inspection
• Material planning
• Degree in civil engineering recognised by BCA
• Min 2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in Commercial, Building and civilprojects
• Positive, mature and self motivated

Responsibilities

- Overall contract administration from pre-tender to post-tender stage

- Prepare contract documents, taking off measurements, estimate and manage cost information

- Process progress claim and finalise accounts

- Source for quotations and negotiate price with suppliers/ subcons

- Work with site team to identify variations works and work out costing

- Ac-hoc duties that may be assigned

Requirements

- Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying

- Minimum 3 years related experience in Singapore

- Good communications and coordination skills

- Independant and Committed
