• Able to independtly fabricate and install carpentry works on and off job sites
• Able to use tools, machines, electric saw
• Able to work on night/weekend/holiday for commercial projects
• Able to follow safety rules and regulations
• Able to keep and maintain clean and hygiene on and off job sites

• Report on teh status of accounts payable and receivable
• Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
• Update internal accoounting databases and spreadsheets
• Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
• Review effectiveness of internal controls with respect to payment cycle
• Updating of cashbook and timely posting to teh General Ledger
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting journals and quarterly GST filing
• Handle general office adminsitration matters
• Asssit in other ad-hoc projects as required
