You should have a Diploma in Building or Facilities disciplines from a recognised establishment with minimum of 3 years of experience (with M&E and / or civil / building background is preferred) or ITE / NTC facility management or technical disciplines or market equivalent in facility management works with minimum of 5 years of experience. Job Summary:

• Industry: Property Management

• Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm + Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Building Manager in the daily operations.
• Supervise, plan and organise a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause forthe prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects, if required
• Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality andreliability
• Ensure contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements, includingevaluation of contractors’ performance and review of contract specifications.
• Follow up with term contractors on defects rectification after servicing work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of units before handover.
• Collaborate with the main contractor to address identified defects.
• Monitor the main contractor's rectification of defects and report to the client upon completion.
• Prepare handover kits, including packing keys and accessories for owners.
• Facilitate the handover process with unit owners at the property, ensuring acknowledgment of all items handed over.
• Accompany owners to their respective units, providing instructions on essential item usage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, offering customer service and assistance post-handover.
• Maintain and update unit handover reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Estate Management/ Building Management/ Building Services/ Property Management
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
