Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Project and Construction Manager to lead and manage construction projects related to our pharmaceutical facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry-specific regulations and quality standards. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Description

• Manage the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver the outcome timely and with good quality. Maintain design program by managing interfaces and monitoring progress, coordinating activities, resolving, or coordinating conflicts and issues in design packages.
• Co-ordinate design related matters with Consultants and Clients. Resolve technical problems for project team.
• Work out the shop drawing (mainly RC and Archi drawing) submit schedule and manage the submittals in orderly manner. Technical proposal composing.
• Arrange and chair regular meeting of technique team for progress monitoring.
