Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager position at Mondrian Singapore Duxton. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. They will handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall responsibility for QRC activities across the Work Dynamics business. Ensure that QRC strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market and in a sustained manner. Evaluate the risks faced by the business and take action to mitigate and develop opportunities. Contribute to overall business strategy for Quality, Risk Management and Business Assurance to ensure Work Dynamics has a consistent approach that is steeped in ISO and TQM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate use of the JLL quality management systems (QMS) across all industries and clients within the region, and optimize the use of the JLL QMS to add value and minimize compliance risk for IFM services provided to our clients.
• Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
• Drive any necessary culture change and improvement in business performance to deliver strategic goals
• Establish quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks and the requirements of customers and research/design and development, and define the metrics required to assess performance against standards required

About the Role

As a Strata Management Customer Service Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management. Your ability to communicate effectively and prioritize customer satisfaction will be key in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Pre-Handover Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections of units before handover, identify defects, and work closely with contractors to ensure prompt resolution. Keep the developer updated on progress and prepare comprehensive handover kits for owners.
• Handover Process: Coordinate handover schedules with the developer, guide owners through the handover, and address any inquiries about unit interiors. Maintain accurate handover records and provide daily updates to the developer.
