Summary

With a focus and specialisation in web projects, the incumbent will:

• Implement communications strategy, particularly in using the corporate website to brand AH; and monitor the effectiveness of the digital strategies and campaigns.
• Drive the development and implementation of new user-facing features, determine the structure and design of web pages
• Drive search engine optimization initiatives for the corporate website to rank on search engine result pages.
• Support other communications projects, events and activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

Web Marketing Communications

• Manage the AH website in the migration project to a new Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) platform including coordination with various internal and external stakeholders on content migration, review of content and structure for web optimisation and organic reach, etc.
• Be involved in user acceptance tests for new enhancements to systems.
• Create and develop content (including digital graphics and materials) for the website with regular content updates to the website.
• Manage internal stakeholders for daily webpage update and/or creation of new webpages.
• Work closely with design and web development vendors to optimise use of design and content components on the corporate site for a good desktop and mobile experience.
• On-going website maintenance by working with IT to troubleshoot any issues
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand the latest trends within digital marketing and drive implementation of the relevant trends for the websites to always be in the forefront of our industry.
• Work with website vendors, Synapxe, cluster websites project team and manage stakeholder requirements.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

• Manage all SEO activities (i.e. on-page, off-page and technical SEO implementation) to improve and maintain favourable Search Engine Results Page (SERP) rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
• Work with the external SEO agency and website developer to implement website’s SEO recommendations which include keyword analysis/search trends, content research, on-page SEO content copywriting, content optimisation, content delivery, off-page optimisation, technical fixes, etc).
• Ensure website content adheres to best SEO practices and maintenance of meta data hygiene (i.e. meta data description, image alt text, title tags, etc.) with constant keyword monitoring and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Communications, Digital Marketing, Computing or a similar discipline
• Knowledge and experience in Content Management Systems, such as SiteFinity, SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager, is a plus.
• Has knowledge or working experience in using Google Analytics 4 (being certified is a plus).
• Tech savvy with knowledge or proficiency in HTML, CSS and/or JS, is a plus.
• Has a strong understanding and keen curiosity for modern search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Knowledge in SEO principles, Google Search Console and UX/UI.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of digital tools such as Monsido, Hotjar, SEMRush etc.

Distributor/ Channel Management:

• Create the strategy and lead the execution of sales for all distributor led markets. This includes working closely to develop annual business forecasts and marketing plans and support the partners in the smooth execution of these plans
• Manage distribution partners in Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei. This includes day-to-day performance of existing partners, and developing strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners for Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia
• Lead commercial contracts with potential channel partners to mitigate any risks and exposures
• Develop and identify market size and potential for the Guardant portfolio of tests in these markets
• Provide support and training to existing and new distribution partners

Sales Operations:

• Lead business analytics and support the Oncology Sales Lead for AMEA as well as the Vice President Commercial for AMEA to make strategic and tactical business decisions on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
• Create robust analytics for month-to-date, year-to-date as longitudinal analysis over the past 5-10 years of the business to understand

1. Sales trend and growth YoY as well as QoQ for each product and tumor type
2. Ordering data to inform prescriber trends and segmentation
3. Turn around time and other crucial operation metrics that are essential to ensure quality of service to the customers
4. Country vise split of sales, product and tumor type to help prioritise and allocate budgets to the right countries
5. Identify KPIs that help in improving business performance and in maximizing business impact
6. Make these recommendations to commercial and country heads to ensure that the strategy and action planning are data driven

• Maximize the use of visualization tools, such as Tableau, to develop dashboard while providing recommendations on reports’ optimization and automatization
• Lead SalesForce usage for the commercial team and help with the transition to Veeva for the Sales team for all sales related activities, analytics and other data sets
• Attend priority industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
• Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics; recommend improvements and enhancements to maintain a competitive edge
• In partnership with Management team, develop the go to market strategy for the given year across all markets as well as lead the long range plan for the commercial organization across AMEA
• Increase the efficiency and productivity of all sales representatives through monthly reports on sales calls versus prescriptions generated

Experience/ skills requirement:

• Language skills: proficiency in English, Mandarin, Japanese and other languages as the person will deal across the AMEA region
• Prior working experience in multinational corporation for healthcare or oncology preferred. Experience in the precision oncology diagnostics space an added advantage.
• Prior healthcare sales experience in a country within AMEA and account management with proven track records
• Analysis skills and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; with hands-on usage of visualizing/presenting data (e.g. Power BI, etc.)
• IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and advanced analytics tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Qualifications: Masters degree in Business or Science required
