OVERVIEW

c) Uses disposable apron and gloves when preparing and handling food.

d) Keeps cooked food in warmers.

e) Trolleys food to classrooms.

f) Follows closely hygienic and safety standard guidelines set by relevant government ministries and agencies in preparing and handling of food.

3. CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE

a) Keeps the cooking area and the kitchen clean, reasonably dry most of the time.

b) Keep the refrigerator and freezer clean and in operable condition.

Job Purpose

The Leading Cook (Demi Chef) is responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen(s), according to the standards set by the Management.

Operations
