Main Duties and Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager overseeing MICE and Corporate events, you will have the remit of formulating the overall sales strategy for these areas. Job Requirements

Description

Responsibilities include:
• Review of agreements and terms & conditions for:
o direct and indirect global procurement including high value contract manufacturing agreements
o regional sales and services organizations;
o global logistics, facility construction, lease, renovation contracts;
o negotiating tool evaluation agreements and restrictive confidentiality agreements with major semiconductor industry giants
o Regional HR policy review
o Advise on employee code of conduct investigations and proposed actions
