Responsibilities

• Assist with the verification of invoices, investments, distributions and various fees and process timely payments
• Assist in the maintenance of company bank accounts and corporate debit cards
• Assist in any fund operations in the business
• Liaise with fund administrator to prepare semi-annual and annual reports for fund entities and SPVs, and conduct first level review of the account
• Assist in capital calls / distributions by either reviewing the notices created by the fund administrator or generating the notices, monitoring the movement of funds, and keeping internal records up to date
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 year of direct accounting/administrative background
• Strong analytical, financial analysis skills

Responsibilities

Corporate Communications

• Assist in managing social media content for the organization websites and Facebook for relevance, quality, timelines and continuous improvement.
• Support media relations and press release activities conjunction with fundraising related campaigns.
• Assist in managing development of appropriate engagement channels including writing and production of annual reports and quarterly E-newsletters in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing contents for fundraising publicity and campaigns.
• Support the leadership team with crafting speeches, preparing presentations, drafting articles, arranging interviews, and maintaining other forms of external contact.
• Ensure general enquiries are attended to by relevant programme leaders.

Fundraising

• Support Fundraising Manager in all fundraising activities and community outreach projects.

Requirements

• At least Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Social Service.

Intro:

Reporting to Team Manager of Accounting team, you will be responsible for management and financial accounting of assigned client’s portfolio. You will work closely with local and offshore team in an effective manner to motivate and coach the team, to continuously meet clients' expectations, to optimise the work process and to maintain close contacts with clients.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual accounts closing, submit quarterly GST reports timely
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with the provisions of the Singapore Companies Act and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Prepare administrative services
• Ensure accuracy of accounts and proper accounting records are maintained in accordance with financial filing requirements and standards
• Assist to review and guide offshore colleague’s deliverable to ensure it meet client’s expectation
• Work closely with colleagues in various department to follow up on billings, accounts receivable matters
• Maintain up to date knowledge in statutory regulations by IRAS, SFRS, identify and adapt quickly to changes in those regulations
• Directly liaise with external auditors and prepare necessary information upon request
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Required level and content of education:

· Possess a CPA with a recognized accounting body or ACCA or its equivalent

Business experience required:

· Minimum 3 years' working experience in accounts

· Hands on experiences in handling full set of accounts with sound groundings in accounting principles

· Well-versed in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

· Willing to hands-on and capable of driving changes and initiatives

· Analytical, meticulous with excellent leadership qualities

· Possess professional qualities with good communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
