1. Manage and lead the daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre, in alignment with directions of AAC senior management and MOH/AIC.

2. Develop a comprehensive Community Outreach Plan for the service boundary to achieve the annual allocated target of seniors to be engaged.

3. Strengthen existing relationships and identify new community partners to support and address the needs of the seniors in the community.

4. Proactively engage community partners to cooperate and work together in community projects that benefit the greater population.
