Remuneration package includes basic salary plus a well-deserved commission package. Other benefits will be in accordance with M.O.M recommendation/guideline.

Note: Non EA licensee will be required to attend course and pass the exam. Training/guidance provided.

-Use business network and support knowledge sharing sessions to explore new business opportunities.

-Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.

- Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients by understanding their needs and assisting with their queries.

-Collaborating with management on sales goals.

-Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and
• Talking with customers to select a grooming package
• Problem solving
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
• Resolving customer problems as needed
• Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist Daycare Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist in selling retail products
• Handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned

Requirements and skills

Animal lover, patient, proactive, committed, dedicated, willing to learn and work as a team.

Able to handle and take care of dogs and cats

Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written)

Strong communication, people skills and Problem-solving skills

Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Able to perform Basic Grooming skills is a plus point

5 Day Work Week (have to work on weekends)

Relevant experience will be advantageous, otherwise we can train you if you have a willing to learn attitude
