• Preparation of Quotations, Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices.
• Attend to customers’ requests and enquiries from both online and offline sales channels.
• Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with local/overseas counterparts.

Directly responsible for handling (in a professional and friendly manner):

- Managing telephone inquiries
- Engaging guests on their reservations
- Handing table/restaurant reservations
- Coordinating room service orders

Responsible for the accurate and concise data entry of guests' reservations/ orders on Opera, RESA Web, RES Diary, etc.

To ensure that all telephone inquiries are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the Hotel.

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Head of the Department

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet operational demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
• Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding quality, delivery, or invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory.
• Provide administrative support such as handling correspondence, assisting with data entry and generating reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Min 1 -2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Ability to build and maintain relationship with suppliers.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
