Job Description

· Assist in maximizing store profitability by exceeding your sales targets and utilising the in-store devices, while contributing to a successful store team.

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently

· Ensure sales staff maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards

· Use customer service measurement tools effectively

· Support the team in executing daily retail operations for seamless store functioning

The Successful Applicant

· Entry level (Training will be provided)/ Relevant experience as a Sales Advisor/ Retail Associate/ Assistant are encouraged to apply

· Self-motivated, hardworking, and sales-oriented

· Ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages

· Willingness to work on weekends/ public holidays

· Immediate availability is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• To gather market information (such as market trend, competitors’ information) and issues of the customers.
• To make action plan with strategy based on the information gathered.
• To propose our products and our solutions effectively to solve anticipated issues of our customers based on the information gathered.
• To take countermeasures if there are any gaps between sales progress and the budget.
• To make sales forecast and capture sales progress on a timely basis
• To ensure prompt payment collections.
• To place orders of our items to suppliers based on monthly inventory control.
• To carry out Q&A procedure when registration of new product and/or revision of product are required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 years of B2B sales experience handling food ingredients, chemicals, food additives or other related products
• Experience with R&D and Q&A of food ingredients or process food (i.e. instant noodle, mixed seasonings confectionary, etc.)
• Familiar with food manufacturing processes
