Responsibilities:

• Handling of Customer Enquiries & Feedback via our Communication Touchpoints (Call, Email, WhatsApp, and etc)
• To respond to customer’s service enquiries. This will include scheduling of appointment with our technicians and updating the customer.

About the role:

As an Inside Sales cum Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
