General responsibilities

• Responsible for eCommerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service
• Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue on behalf of clients across e-retailers and marketplaces (via enabler)
• Contribute to the optimization of eCommerce content and design
• Assist in financial reconciliation and clear invoices in a timely fashion to ensure healthy AR and AP balances
• Manages trade claims recovery from clients to minimize credit issues
• Liaise with key enablers, build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
• Bi-monthly performance updates, key areas for improvement and forward plans.
• Conduct business reviews and develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses and incorporate into customer strategies
• Manage inventory (ensure high fulfillment rate with customers) promotional mechanisms (e.g. discounts activation, vouchers etc)
• Work closely with internal support functions to ensure ecommerce customers are competitive, promotions and new launch to be executed in a timely manner and stock fulfillment to achieve GMV and net sales targets (Internal Stakeholder management)
• Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as required

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm.

This will be a 6+6 months contract

Job duties:

1. Develop creative visuals for deals and website assets for schemes for families
2. Monitor and ensure upload of deals on website is timely and relevant.
3. Manage creative agency to design user-friendly webpage for deals to be visible, attractive and accessible.
4. Align and update internal stakeholders on publishing of deals through all touchpoints/platforms
5. Budget management of creative agency

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, marketing or communications
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and is comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Attention to details and timeline with good teamwork
• Preferably 1 year working experience
