• Maintain cleanliness and regular servicing of the car
• Ensure that the vehicle has petrol and is ready for use
• Arranging for repairs and inspection when required
• Handle day to day inventory responsibilities and housekeeping duties
• Picking & packing goods, loading &unloading goods and ensure accuracy

Requirements

Job Description:

• Assist staff enquiries and requests on HR matters.
• Handle monthly payroll, CPF and yearly IRAS submission.
• Manage all insurance matters including yearly renewal.
• Review, update and maintain proper filing system.
• Manage all medical and workmen injury compensation claims.
• Assist HR Manager/HRBP in planning and preparing annual headcount reports, HR Reports, etc.
• Manage and monitor all foreign workers’ work pass matters.
• Handle all foreign workers’ dormitory matters.
• Administer the annual performance appraisal, salary review and promotion exercises for operational levels.
• Handle leave management and internal subcontractor system.
• Handle all staff welfare activities.
• Responsible for the submission of all government claims.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience.
• Good communication skill.
• Must be a team player.
• Good knowledge in Employment Act.
• Preferably with SAGE EPE experience.

• Mainly in charge for community engagement and event management
• Develop effective marketing communication strategies
• Creating compelling and consistent content
• In charge of workshop or event's planning
• Answering the enquiries from stakeholders
• Manage and update database
• Prepare statistics and reports

Requirements:
