Requirements

• 1 - 3 years related experience is preferred
• Well versed with MS excel and word
• Detailed oriented and able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines and goals
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills

• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of corporate accounting and billing function
• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of vessel accounting function
• Prepare monthly payments to vendors and reimbursement of expense claims
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare all necessary supporting documents for auditing purposes
• Support managers on projects

Requirements

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, such as balance sheets, schedules, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Record and monitor fixed asset activities, including generating fixed asset reports and maintaining schedules and related financial tasks.
• Ensure adherence to local financial regulations and tax requirements, including preparing and submitting necessary reports.
• Comply with internal control standards, including financial and operational policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in year-end audits, preparing financial statements and notes in accordance with accounting standards and Group policies.
• Support the seamless integration of new financial accounting processes for changes like new businesses and departments.
• Engage in creating, testing, and reviewing functional requirements to enhance financial operating systems as needed.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Accounting knowledge will be added advantage
• Immediate starter is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts functions and audit schedules.
• Perform consolidation.
• Review subsidiaries' management accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing Journals and Audit Schedules.
• Perform eliminations of intra-group entries and provisions at the group level.
• Handle quarterly GST and monthly WHT preparation and submissions.
• Perform month-end reviews for the Group.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and training to departmental members.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks and provide support to the group accounting team for finance-related matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in consolidation
