Telemarketing:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Responsibilities

Liase with Customer/Supplier (through emails/calls)

• Communication with Customers and suppliers
• Receive Order from Customers – ensure the selling price is correct and etc
• Place order to Supplier
• Follow-up the delivery schedule from Customers & Suppliers
• Negotiate with Supplier for incoming shipment if any delay or advance request from Customer

Operation - Data Inputting

• Data inputting using company's Inhouse system
• Input Sales Order/Received Order (SO/OR) from Customer
• Issue Purchase Order (PO) thru system and send it to Supplier
• Issue Delivery Orders & Invoices to 3rd party warehouse for outbound shipment

Third party warehouse

• Communicate with 3rd party warehouse to prevent delays and ensure all the inbound & outbound shipments are smooth
• Negotiate with 3rd party warehouse for urgent shipment (either Inbound or outbound)
• Perform inventory count

Other duties

• Prepare reports when requested
• Provide support to Asst. Manager when required

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Able to start work immediately/within short notice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
