RESPONSIBILITIES

CHURCH SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR:

We are seeking to hire a Senior Administrator to manage our church office administration matters and to oversee the church premises in order to keep it safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role will be part of a team of two administrators who will have their individual focus areas while sharing some general duties.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform day-to-day clerical duties, including answering phone calls, attending to enquiries, preparation and printing of documents, managing church mail and deliveries, collating and submitting staff expense claims etc.

1. Assist the Head of Sports & Recreation in all administrative-related tasks relating to Sports Department which includes sourcing for quotations, raising POs, HR admin (for Rank & File staff) etc..
