RESPONSIBILITIES

• To oversee the design, development, implementation and evaluate MINDS services and programmes to ensure they meet contemporary evidence-based practice and international best practice standards in improving the QOL of persons with ID and their families.
• Oversee the delivery of superior quality of services and programmes aligned to stakeholder Quality of Life Outcomes aligned to best practice standards.
• Lead and oversee the identification, development, and implementation of appropriate evidence-based outcome measures across MINDS services and programmes.
• Provide sound advice to the CEO on service outcome measures as well as gaps in advocacy areas for the empowerment of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• To lead the organization in identification of service insights, client profiling, identification of gaps and future trends in the ID space using data analytics and visualisation with view to improving stakeholder Quality of Life outcomes in MINDS and the local ID sector.
• To spearhead the development and continual review of MINDS Research framework, and aligned with it, the identification of contemporary areas for future research and practice. Examples of research areas include Health, QOL, Employment, Social Inclusion.
• To lead the measurement of impact made by applied research activities in service/programme improvements, across MINDS and the local ID sector.
• Plan, organize and ensure smooth co-ordination and delivery of trainings/seminars/workshops/webinars to staff (e.g. teachers, training officers) and stakeholders (e.g. Clients, caregivers, employers) both in MINDS and across the social services sector.
• Lead and direct MINDS participation in external forums / conferences /seminars / symposiums / learning journeys (local and international) so as to ensure MINDS remain at the forefront of the thinking and practice in intellectual and developmental disabilities through acquisition and application of contemporary ID knowledge and skills.
• To establish key strategic networks and collaborations with relevant internal and external stakeholders and partners (local and international) in the development and delivery of research and experimentation projects so that MINDS position as thought and practice leader is affirmed at the national, regional and international levels.
• To represent MINDS at sector/national platforms/forums such as AIC and NCSSS Institutional Ethics Review Committee to review research studies across the social sector as well as MSFs Review Board for Vulnerable Persons.
• To represent MINDS at international platforms such as IASSIDD to contribute as a thought leader in the ID space as well as lear international best practices.
• To lead and oversee the conceptualisation, development of experimentation/proof-of-concept innovation projects (based on emerging best practices) in collaboration with operational units using a design thinking/implementation science methodology.

• Responsible for developing, managing and implementing all required procedures in accordance with client and project requirements, while in compliance with International / National / company / project standards.
• Lead the project on information model delivery such as models, drawings, federated models, reports, documents, CDE Management, RFI. Such leadership must be provided in vertical or horizontal construction.
• Manage and guide Digital Delivery team concluding members of different disciplines to create/develop Information Model in the project delivery phase.
• Manage and guide concurrent modeling and coordination process, and responsible for deploying this approach in the project level to reduce modeling errors and clashes in the project.
• Manage and guide the team to create project/discipline information model based on office and project guidelines.
• Manage and guide discipline coordinator, modeler, and team members to develop information model based on design markups, provided in different form and format such as, notes/sketches, DWFx, PDF, CAD, Images.
• Organized mindset and detail oriented to prioritize Information Model requirements quickly, develop and manage program accordingly and direct Digital Delivery Team.
• In case needed must be hands on to support the team in activities related to Information Model development.
• Responsible to produce and oversee projects drawings, in terms of quantity and quality.
• Plan production process and the framework required to deliver unique product towards project program.
• Manage and check that critical areas of the project are well presented, dimensioned, and described in drawings.
• Manage and coordinate model and drawings related matters with Document Controller.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture / Structure / Mechanic / Hydraulic / Electrical / Civil or a related field.
• Knowledgeable with 10 years of experience in Digital Delivery procedures, execution, implementation, responsibilities, accountabilities, coordination, scope of works, deliverables, work breakdown structure.
• Good knowledge and background in Digital Delivery services such as Modeling, Production, Design Authoring, Design Review, Visualization, Clash Detection, Clash Resolution, 3D Coordination, Authority Submission, Quantity Estimation,
• Good Knowledge in Digital Delivery Standards such as, ISO, BSI, PAS, CIC UK, GSA, NCS and Local Authorities.
• Good Knowledge in National Codes Of Practice, Authorities submission and relevant roles and regulations of approval procedures.
• Good skills and background to understand and interpret required standards and contribute knowledge in the Project level.

• Work closely with the software development team. Work with UI/UX designer to produce wireframes, layouts or carry out user research.

- Establish relationships with merchant partners and negotiate global partnership deals

- Coordinate and project manage marketing campaigns with other teams

- 5 years of proven success in growth marketing and operation, eg. operation campaign design, content marketing, user journey mapping, email marketing, user segmentation, top of funnel growth and funnel optimisation

Scope of Duties:

• Support the marketing and communication team in their various day to day tasks

• Create content, photos/ videos/ reels for social media platforms
• Support the digital advertisement campaigns (sponsored ads on social media/ Google Ads)
