Position Profile

The successful candidate will:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the manager to develop a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, while considering sales team policies, to delineate target segments and approaches
• Draft a digital customer engagement proposal incorporating a customer journey framework, execute the plan, and involve stakeholders by creating a project plan
• Restructure the organization to optimize digital channel utilization, defining roles and functions across Marketing, Inside Sales, and Field Sales to achieve an ideal structure
• Evaluate and leverage marketing technologies like Web analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation, and Business Intelligence, while staying updated on cutting-edge technologies such as AI
• Undertake additional projects as delegated
• Mandatory job rotations based on individual career plans and organizational requirements

Ability / Competency Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related business field
• Background knowledge in electronic markets or electronics engineering is advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B organization
• Exhibit adaptability and agility, staying abreast of the latest tools, trends, and strategies, particularly in digital marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset are vital for fostering relationships with both internal and external teams to achieve business goals and identify process enhancement opportunities
• Possess analytical and logical thinking abilities, capable of data analysis, report preparation, metric assessment, and proposal synthesis
• Familiarity with Strategic Marketing Fundamentals such as PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, BCG Matrix, McKinsey 7S, SWOT, BMC, and BSC
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., Salesforce), Business Intelligence software (e.g., PowerBI), Marketing Automation software (e.g., Marketo), and Web analytics software (e.g., Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) is advantageous

Job Descriptions:

Project Management

• Efficiently manage and strategize end-to-end project activities and coordination
• Source materials, determine pricing, and confirm orders
• Control and oversee project expenditure within established guidelines
• Offer project support to departments, including site evaluation, reviewing technical drawings, overseeing setup, and meeting with clients as needed

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
• Assist the team in driving online sales targets from all ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Amazon, etc)
• Maintain product listings, images, campaigns, orders, delivery fulfillment, payments, refunds/returns, customer service and enquiries in all ecommerce platforms
• Coordinate with brand personnel, operations, and logistics team to carry out day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain inventory and stocks in all ecommerce platforms
• Maintain consistent pricing of products in all ecommerce platforms and website
• Establish and maintain good relationship with all ecommerce platform partners
• Align brand objectives
• Improve website and ecommerce conversions
• Create & Design Product Description & Hero Images for own website & online platforms.
• Plan, manage & execute promotion campaign for online shopping platforms i.e Lazada, Shopee etc.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering invoicing, and delivery management.

Marketing

• Responsible for social media content management of all our brands’ accounts.
• Create & Design marketing collaterals for in-store and online marketing/promotions.
• Plan and coordinate with relevant (internal and external) parties for sponsorships and events.

Requirements:
