Job Summary

• Prepare the hotel’s annual budget and consolidate the hotel’s annual business plan and secures Management’s approval for the annual business plan.
• Prepare a comprehensive & holistic annual operating business plan, with measurable and achievable targets.
• Initiate and develop strategies and execution plans to ensure realization of the hotel goals and objectives.
• Understand and staying abreast with market sentiments to establish source of business opportunities and set priority in the development of new business.
• Develop and set KPIs to measure performance on market share (MPI), average rate (ARI) and Revpar (RGI).
• To champion high standards of services in the hotel and actively work to uphold such high standards by providing feedback to stakeholders.
• To monitor and review the hotel’s performance throughout the year and pay particular attention to variances in revenue, expenses and profitability of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for existing customers and pricing enquiry of freight forwarding services
• Handle and assist on RFQ from international customers
• Prepare sales proposal and quotations based on customers requirement
• Follow up on sales proposal and collect customer feedback for improvement
• Maintain good relationship with internal and customers
• Handle customers complaint and to resolve the issue
• Coordinate with operations team in relations to the implementation of RFQ
• Develop new business accounts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification and above
• At least 3 years’ experience within a similar position in freight forwarding industry is preferred
