• Responsible for efficient and effective management of design activities on tenders and projects to ensure that all design requirements of the contract are met.
• Deliver a fully functional structural system, analysis and calculations to fulfil adequate structural integrity and accuracy of the design.
• Ensure design process and submissions comply with statutory regulations and requirements.
• Oversee and review all kinds of design drawings by members.

Requirements:

• Diploma any relevant Engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of Design, Drafting, Coordination experience in Construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a strong business development and credit analysis background.
• Track record in originating and managing SME loan portfolios and achieving lending targets.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including expertise in evaluating financial statements and credit risk factors.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting, loan structuring, and risk mitigation in SME lending.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to build client rapport and convey complex financial concepts clearly.
• Skilled in networking and building connections with key stakeholders in the SME sector.
