Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Implement Brand plans and strategies in the sales organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account plans that align with company strategies and objectives.
- Gather critical information on market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Undertake accurate and timely reporting activities, including detailed call records, sales analysis, customer, promotion, competitor feedback, and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Pharmaceutical-related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of working experience in sales field.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, leveraging a mix of experience, skill sets, and roles.
