Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, providing network support and administration
• Knowledge and experience in networking, including routing and switching technologies
• Possession of CCNA or CCSA certification
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn about new technologies
• Polite demeanor with effective communication skills for client interactions
