Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the dentists in all forms of dental treatment and look after patient’s comfort during treatment.
• Greet patients and visitors with a positive & helpful attitude.
• Assist patients with their dental appointments.
• Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for the patients.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Answering phone calls.
• Handle transactions/settlements.
• Submit insurance/medisave/CHAS online claims.
• Handles administrative tasks, such as scheduling of appointments and filing dental records.
• Housekeeping of Front Desk and waiting area.
• To carry out any other duties as requested by colleagues to ensure that patients receive a high quality of patient care.

Job Requirements:

• Able to converse in English and Mandarin so as to handle English or Mandarin speaking clients.
• Preferably able to speak Chinese dialects (e.g. Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew) so as to handle dialect-speaking clients.
• Pleasant, hardworking, and responsible team-player. Able to work independently and with others.
• Proactive and able to take the initiative while working with fellow colleagues as a team.
• Computer and smartphone literate.
• Able to work office hours, 5.5 days a week.
• Fixed working hours. No nights.

Works Description:

• Road Excavation related works.
• 2-3 Years Project under SP.
• Team of 7 nos / or max 14 nos will be on site.
• 6 Days/ Week. Mon to Sat : 8.30 Am to 5.30 Pm
• Must be in Site for the full day.
• There will be only temporary provision/ Shelter for the WSH Officer.
• Multiple locations to cover. But for one day one location only.

Responsibilities:

· Pick, pack, loading and unloading activities

· Plan delivery routes and prepare items for both customer deliveries and collections

· Carry out deliveries and ensure that the delivery order (DO) is acknowledged

· Maintain cleanliness in the work area and operate the delivery vehicle efficiently

· Ensure the vehicle’s daily operational safety and schedule regular maintenance

· Assist the Logistics officer in day-to-day operations and serve as a backup in their absence

· Handle any additional miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements:

· Valid Class 3 license

· Delivery driver and warehouse operations working experience preferred

· Familiar with WMS

· Good computer skills to efficiently manage the operation

· Good driving record

· Physically fit to move loads and carton boxes of up to 25 kg
