The Memory Aging & Cognition Centre (MACC) is a Research Center within the National University Health System funded by the Singapore National Medical Research Council that focuses on the study of dementia and cognitive impairment in the elderly. The MACC currently has 4 research themes on (i) neurochemistry, molecular pathology and biomarker discovery, (ii) neuroimaging, (iii) clinical assessment and (iv) epidemiology.

The Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSOM) is a leading research institution in the world, being ranked in the top 20 worldwide and holds the top position in Asia (QS ranking). Established in 1905 to educate and train medical professionals for Singapore, YLLSOM hosts more than 40 departments in the basic sciences and clinical specialties, as well as faculty research centres and Translational Research Programmes covering a full spectrum of medical specialties.

If hired, the Professor will be part of the Centre for Translational MR Research (TMR), which offers state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) capacity for both clinical and translational research. TMR is staffed with trained personnel to support research in imaging and image analysis, spanning from basic science to clinical trials. About the role

Reporting to the BI Solutions Support Team Lead, this role will support internal stakeholders in Asia Pacific with all performance issues relating to back office BI applications, ensuring smooth operations while looking into potential process improvements.

• Monitor and manage ticketing system effectively

Essential
